COOKING DEMONSTRATION PACKAGES
If you and your friends would like to learn the secrets to making our delightful regional foods, we are now offering special demonstration classes featuring the preparation of the following, all made from traditional regional recipes.
Categories available:
1. Baked Goods – Breads, pies, cakes, cookies (choice of one)
2. Appetizers and Finger Foods (number of choices based on type of items requested)
3. Main dishes and casseroles (choice of one)
4. Breakfast Menus – Rolls, pastries, coffee cakes, casseroles (choice of one)
5. Candies – Peanut Brittle and Fudge (both included)
An overnight stay on Friday or Saturdayand a group of 6 – 8 people are required.Cost for 1-night stay and demonstration - $75 per person plus tax *In the Fall you can see how our famous Apple Butter is made.
