  Treva’s Baked Oatmeal

1 Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Melted Butter
2 Beaten Eggs

 Add:
3 Cups Oatmeal
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Milk

Bake at 350o     for 30 minutes. 
Eat plain or add milk and brown sugar if desired.  



  Herb’s Frozen Fruit Slush 

2 Cups Sugar
3 Cups Hot Water
Mix above mixture until dissolved. 

Add:

1 – 12 oz. Can Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
1 – 20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
12 sliced Bananas

Mix all together.   Freeze in 1 quart containers.  Thaw slightly before serving.

 


Anna’s Breakfast Casserole 

This recipe is from my dear friend, Anna Whetstone.

18 Eggs, beaten
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 ½ Cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups cubed Ham

Mix all together. Melt margarine in a 9 x 13 baking dish and pour in mixture.  Bake at 325o for 1 hour





Maple Glazed Sausage

 2 – 8 oz. packages Brown and Serve Sausage Links

1 Cup Maple Syrup

2 Cups packed Brown Sugar

1 tsp. Cinnamon 

In a large skillet, cook sausage links until browned and then drain.  Combine syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon; stir into skillet.  Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sausages are glazed.  Makes 6-8 servings.
